The Smashing Pumpkins compartió el video musical oficial de ‘Spellbinding’, tomado de su trilogía ATUM, aclamada por la crítica

Dirigida por Kevin Kerslake, quien previamente dirigió videos para la banda (Cherub Rock y I Am One), trabajó de cerca con Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, James Iha y Jeff Schroeder para crear avatares digitales de ellos mismos, existiendo dentro de un universo ficticio de otro mundo. eso es ATUM, creado por el líder y fundador Billy Corgan.

Hablando sobre la realización de este video, Kerslake comparte: “Adoptamos un modelo de producción virtual para el video Spellbinding, creándolo completamente en el motor de juego; irreal, con avatares digitales que se mueven a través de mundos fantásticos que juegan un papel clave en la historia de ATUM. Billy y yo compartimos un interés en la fusión de elementos del viejo mundo con tecnología de punta, y todas las estrellas se alinearon en este video para abrir nuevos caminos”
